ELECTRICITY AND LIGHTING

Every car needs electricity for various car parts including the headlights, but also the radio, the air con and the heater. The necessary electricity is created by the alternator when driving. At the same time, the alternator charges the battery.

The alternator creates low voltage electricity however. Consequently other small car parts including a transformer are needed to transform the low voltage in the normal 220V current.
