Brake Shoe Set Mercedes-Benz T2/L

If the brake shoes of your Mercedes-Benz T2/L are failing, you will need to replace them. Know that the brake lining for your T2/L does not come with the wheel brake cylinders. So if you need to replace the latter as well, we advise you to order a complete rear brake kit.

In general, smaller and lighter vehicles such as your Mercedes-Benz T2/L tend to have drum brakes with brake lining at the rear. These are mounted on the rear wheel hubs of your car. When you press the brake pedal, the brake shoes are pressed against the brake drum in order to create the necessary friction for the vehicle to slow down and come to a standstill.
