With the Free return warranty you will be able to return your parts free of charge and within 15 days for any the following reasons:

- You have made a mistake when ordering the parts and they do not fit,
- You are not happy with the part and wish to use your right to return,
- You received a damaged parcel.

How does it work?

You have selected the Free return warranty and would like to return the parts ? Nothing could be easier! All you have to do is to follow the next 4 steps:

- I go on MISTER-AUTO to the category « Return Parts»
- I print my return slip
- I contact the Mister-Auto transportation company for collection of the packet
- I give the packet and the return slip to the driver

Once we have received your parcel, we check whether the return complies with our Terms and Conditions, then we proceed to the reimbursement of your parts.
